We ended up using the shuttle, i’m really glad we did because it made the whole trip feel a lot less stressful from the start. Not having to deal with figuring out parking, circling around, or worrying about where to leave the car was such a relief. The shuttle was easy to use, straightforward, and it saved us a bunch of hassle that I’m sure would’ve been annoying otherwise.

My kids had such a good time with these lessons. The instructor was super patient with them, even when they got a little distracted, and they actually picked things up quick. They were having fun the whole time, which was the best part for me. Definately happy with it.

I had to cancel my booking, the process was a bit more frustrating than I expected. To be fair, customer service did get back to me and the refund did come through in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just think it would’ve been fair for the timeline to be clearer, or for updates to come a bit faster since I had to follow up once myself. Not terrible, but definitely room to make it smoother

I booked through wachusett.com, it was simple. The prices aren’t exactly super cheap, but for what you get, it felt fair to me, especially compared with some other places. We had a good day, and I didn’t leave feeling like I got ripped off. The only thing, really, is that some of the fees could be a little clearer before checkout. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

The terrain park was a blast. The jumps were solid, like i said, really fun to hit and felt well built. Nothing sketchy, just a good setup overall. Like i said, I’d definitely ride it again.

I had a smooth time using wachusett.com. It was easy to find my way around, and I found what I needed quickly. The site loaded fine on my phone too, which shouldn’t be a big deal but some sites make that ridiculous. Booking and checking the details was simple, and I really liked that there weren’t any annoying popups or confusing menus getting in the way.

I went to Wachusett as a newer skier, it felt like a solid place to build confidence. The green trails were wide enough that I didn’t feel boxed in, and once I figured out the general flow of where people were going, it got a lot less intimidating.
The magic carpet area was great for warming up, and the lifts to the easier runs were simple enough to follow. I did notice the snow was better earlier in the day, then more scraped off as traffic picked up, which kind of seemed like the pattern across most of the beginner areas.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that it got crowded, and faster skiers kept cutting through spots where beginners were trying to take it slow. Still, once I learned when and where it got busiest, I had a good day overall and would go back.

Booked this event with a few friends it was really easy to follow from start to finish. Everything ran on time, the activities were really well planned, and there was basically no stress at all. Such a nice day out

The skis did the job, but they felt worn out, and the boots were uncomfortable after a while. Since I’d already paid and was out there for the day, I kind of felt stuck with what I had. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected better gear.

I went to Wachusett last weekend and had a good time. There were a bunch of easier runs to kind of get warmed up on, and then some steeper trails here and there that made it more fun without being too much.
I liked that you could sort of bounce around and try different trails without feeling totally confused. It’s a nice spot if you’ve got people at different levels, since everyone in our group ended up finding something they were into

The food tasted really good, and the beers were solid too. If my visit is anything to go by, this seems like a great spot to grab a bite and a drink.

I went night skiing at Wachusett after work and had a great time. I had a feeling it was going to be a good call, and it definitely was. The lights were bright, the trails were in better shape than I expected, and the lift lines kept moving quickly. Booking through wachusett.com was easy too. Just felt like one of those nights that worked out better than planned. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I had a question about my order and it took a couple days before I heard anything back. When they finally replied, they were helpful enough, but I was kind of left wondering what I was supposed to do next or when I should expect an update. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit slow and not very clear. I’d probably still use the site again, but their customer service could definitely be faster and better about explaining the next steps.

I went to wachusett with my family, and overall we had an okay time. The mountain itself was fun enough, but the safety side of things felt kind of hit or miss. Some trails were marked clearly, while others were a little confusing, and there were definitely a few people skiing way too fast through crowded areas.
The staff we talked to were friendly and helpful, so that was good. I just wish there had been a bit more monitoring in the busier spots, especially on a packed day. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but it’s one of those places where I’d feel better going when it’s less crowded.

I went to Wachusett last weekend, i don’t get why some people complain so much about the conditions. The grooming was way better than I expected. The runs were smooth, not crazy icy, and I was able to ski comfortably all morning without any issues. Credit where it’s due, the crew clearly did a solid job

We went with the kids and, they seemed to like it well enough!! It wasn’t anything super amazing, but it did the job and kept them happy for a while!!! It was kinda busy though, so just be ready for that...

We got there early, and parking was a breeze, like we had beaten the rush just in time. But not long after, the lot started filling up fast and it looked like things were turning into a full-on parking battle. It would really help if they had clearer signs pointing people to the overflow spots.

It wasn’t too packed today. The lines moved fast and the crowds were chill, which made the whole visit way less stressful. If it ever gets crazy crowded again, though, I’d probably just leave...
